What is the story now??

My son started swimming lessons at Virgin active in Glendana the beginning of October. I was informed that I had to join the gym even though it was only for my 8 year old to swim twice a week. I asked how much it would be. I was informed that it was R110 for the year and I said I would bring cash to pay for the membership at the next lesson. I was then told that it would be R110 per month. I agreed that that was alright and that I would join. Then I was told there was a R900 and something joining fee!!! Then I was told that if I joined the week before, when I first enquired, that the joining fee would have been R45!!! Really!!! Think that you may need to have some serious staff training at your Glenanda branch. I am off there again today and wonder what stories I will have to listen to today???
