Since the beginning of the year i have tried to cancel my membership at virgin active. i moved to a small town that does not have a virgin active. after wasting tons of money on phone calls that no one answers i have to listen to terrible recordings. i have been paying for something that i cant use. can someone PLEASE assist me. the worst service i have recieved. wake up virgin active and assist your customers. i am truely dissapointed and will NEVER join a virgin active again or reccomend it to anyone.
