I train in rivonia branch. This is to tell you that there is no kind of ethics and culture being followed in your company. My account is blocked and the reason being that the debit order is failed. I smell a rat here. I've been asking everywhere I could via emails, phone calls to head office (never ever picks up the phone) to get the debit order day on my profile so that I can prove that I got money in my account through my statements. But no response. today all of a sudden R250 is debited which is not my amount, it means that it was now tested and my account will be bombarded with debit orders, without even having a small courtesy to reply to my email. My follow ups, insults, mental trauma is holding no value? This is daylight extortion and. Shame on you. I have all the email proofs that I've sent and received no response yet. I demand a response here. Please teach your employees of how to treat your customers properly. I shall not accept any more debits from my account before I see a reply from the concerned people. I demand an apology and promise on further appropriate actions with this from the CEO or the highest authority concerned here.
