18 months and we start all over again!

I cannot believe that after dealing with this 18 months ago, having found the gym at fault and being assured everything is sorted out by Head Office. My daughter was NEVER refunded the money owed to her, she had an amount of R250 taken off her account last night!
What is going on? The time and effort it took 18 months ago to have this sorted was ridiculous! Do we need to go legal and sue Planet Fitness?
