WRONGFULLY DEDUCTION

I settled my account with Saya Recoveries in February as I qualified for a 50% discount. Now Planet Fitness have sent through my personal details to another company that is now deducting R250 from my account without my knowledge.
Initially when I signed the contract they said if I get injured I could take 6 months off my contract to recover but when I had a traamatic caesarean section I submitted a letter telling them I would not be able to come to gym for 6-7 months and would like the clause to be initiated where I dont pay and only pay again after 6 months, they told me they dont use that clause anymore. Hence they had Saya Recoveries to contact me
