Please please please please stop debiting money!

Dear Planet Fitness,
In Feb 2013 I asked PF to cancel my contract. They gave me the penalty for early termination (R606) which I then paid via EFT. In April and July, PF incorrectly debited money from me. I contacted the branch and was told that the cancellation never went through from their side, but they had processed it now (this was early August). However, getting my money back has been another story. Since this day, no one at the branch has been able to help me. Now... in a month where I am really struggling financially, PF has gone and debited my last bit of food money. Thanks guys! Maybe I'll lose some weight now! How can ex members all owe you R250? (including myself). Please can someone get back to me. I am literally in tears with frustration. Please
