Late on refund and confirmation

I have been dealing with Jonathan Titus for the past few weeks and this is the second complaint during this period.

I have cancelled my membership with Zonefitness, paid the amount in full that Mr Titus had instructed me to. Few days later they still deducting from my account. I had liaised with him regarding the matter on Tuesday morning and its been 4 days ago and yet I still have no confirmation that payment had been done.

He stated that he had mailed for a refund and would refund on a approval. When zonefitness had been late with their debut on my account, they held me responsible for their late date of deductions being the 5th of September 2013. I had to pay a R10 penalty fee, which they refused to take credit for, when they actually should have deducted either the last or first day of the month. So I end up paying the percentage of the cancellation fee including the R10 penalty fee.

Now that I want my refund back they taking their own sweet time! Mr Titus doesn't seem to be encouraging my refund at all! its been a week! He seems to be the one in charge but is taking no charge in my refund.

I should now also be demanding a R10 penalty fee!
