Planet fitness could not care less

In June I requested to have my membership cancelled. I was informed that I had to pay a penalty due to the terms of my contract. I had no problem with this and did the payment immediately. Since then they have still deducted my monthly premiums and after many emails and phone calls this is still going on and I cannot get them to refund me. They committed to refund me latest 29 November. This also did not happen. It's been 5 months. I do not know what to do anymore. Any suggestions?
