DON'T JOIN! WORST GYM EVER - GLEN ACRES

So, after numerous complaints on here and with the staff itself, I'm back again, as predicted. Virgin Active only makes promises that they cannot keep, NEVER! Monday and Tuesday I was at the gym, and although the manager was constantly on the floor talking to clients at the super circuit, she never once cared about the people that don't have towels with them. Just walking around pretending to work and smiling at everyone that walks past... Even Justice was there at times, and he did nothing at all. There was a specific couple that trained on the Monday and Tuesday with no towels, but needless to say, Virgin Active doesn't care! So, I will return again tonight, as I have no choice, but hate every moment of it!
