Will never recommend Virgin Active!!!

I transferd my membership from Fichardpark to Glen Acres, because i study here now and have to work to pay my studies. I was on a off-peak student membership that allowed me to gym after 19:00 at night at a rate of R259.00 and now i can't go to gym anymore because i am now on a normal off-peak account, when i transferd NO ONE told me that it would change, which does not allow me to go into the gym after 16:00!!! Only way is to take the full membership that will cost me R395.00, that is R136.00 more, where am i suppose to get that from??? SO now i have to pay for gym that i can not go to!!! And tis is not the first problem i have had!! I will never recomend Virgin Active to anyone.
