I was begged not to log my next complaint on Hello Peter again, but I told them that I want everyone to know how horrible this club is. Unfortunately I cannot change clubs. I see that you have nice new lockers but that doesn't make up for the fact that you don't care about hygiene. Again I hated every minute at the club last night, trying to do the super circuit with people pushing in in front of you and no staff around to assist. And quite a few people not using their towels. YOUR CLUB IS PATHETIC!!! And you don't care, and nor does the person that will call me later from headoffice. You make promises that you can't keep. And there is a reason why I put my landline number on here, so that you can call me on it AND NOT MY CELLPHONE!!! I don't even see any use in calling me, because you will do nothing about my complaint, AGAIN!
