Extremely frustrated

I signed up for a 3 year Zone Fitness subscription one month ago with Natalie (from the Kloof Street branch) whom was very happy to come to my workplace to complete the documents.

I signed up for the option to attend any of the branches (Superclub) as I would prefer to utilise the St. George's Mall branch (Close to work).

The day after I signed up Natalie called and informed me that she unfortunately gave me the incorrect card and card number.

I have been calling and sms'ing Natalie for a month now to get my correct card. I am signed up to attend any branch and cannot due to not having the correct card. I am currently using a piece of paper with my correct card number.

At this point I feel like cancelling my subscription as I am not enjoying the service that I am paying for. Natalie also informed me that the amount I'm paying (R200 if I'm not mistaken) is only for a 3 year contract and if I want a shorter term that I will pay significantly more. Could this information also be confirmed as I informed her that I would prefer a 12 or 24 month contract which she said will cost significantly more (R400 if I'm not mistaken) which is out of my budget.
