I had a 36 month contract which I terminated by giving about 40 days by sending a form I recieved from them to the sender and also stopped the debit effective the month after the last instalment. September 2012. Since then I've had them debit my account every month (sometimes twice) with different amounts. When I called the branch to complain I was told I was not allowed to cancel before the contract expires but was told that somebody from head office would contact me but nobody did. I have sent a number of e mails trying to correct this but recieved no response except a statement that indicates that my account is in arrears. Now I constantly have to go to the bank to reverse the debits and each time I stop one debit, they put in a new reference number and debit again.
