On the 09th of September 2013 the was the wrong disinfectant (pink) which was over diluted. When this was escalated the cleaning supervisor said it was a mistake. What measures were put in place to mitigate this recurrences (absolutely nothing).

On the of 29th of August 2013 there was water instead of disinfectant in the steam room. I raised this was informed that it was due was due to a new cleaning employee. There are no checks in the cleaning roles as water is replaced for disinfectant.

The hygiene issues particularly to the disinfectant have been on going since the second half of 2013. Furthermore, there are always issues, the cleaning supervisor is unable to correct this. Last time we were informed these issues were resolved yet time and time again they resurface. Do note that the manager Jaco doesn't even bother contacting the person who has raised the complaint. These are just two reoccurring issues I have raised. I have left messages and the disinfectant bottles for the club manager and my contact details but Jaco cant be bothered to say the least.

THIS SEEMS A DAUNTING TASK IF VIRGIN ACTIVE IS UNABLE TO FIX THESES REOCCURRING ISSUES PLEASE CLOSE VODAWORLD MIDRAND
