I cancelled my virgin active membership in march 2013 as because i didn't use the club. I received bad service from the club as i had high risk pregnancy and during my pregnancy they still expected me to use the club. I cancelled the membership and they offered me a retentions offer for 4 free month. I didn't use the club in these 4 months and they started debiting my account again. I have had to go to the bank since August to return debits on my account. Why are they still debiting when i have not used the club for more then 1 year now. i will take this to social media, i will let my whole family and friends know. i will tarnish the reputation of virgin active. I have requested to cancel both my membership and my husbands membership.
