To whom it may concern,

After many attempts requesting for someone to contact me re: Me wanting to cancel my subsciption, no such luck. I added my details on your website for someone to contact me.

I spoke to Lizette Van Loggerenberg who still did not revert back with feedback, its been more than a week already. I then made contact with 'Kholiswa Gebenga' still no feedback. My account is in arrears because my account is be cancelled.

This is unacceptable. Could someone please contact me URGENTLY.
