Still no response!

I still haven't had any feedback whatsoever from Planet Fitness on hellopeter or a response to an email I sent to Lizette.

This organization was quite happy to sign me up and take my money but now they treat me like I don't exist. I will NEVER recommend a planet fitness gym because of the way this matter has been dealt with.

This is TOTALLY unacceptable! Lizette needs to pick up the phone so we can discuss the matter further and come to an agreement.
