Poor organisation

There was a problem with getting shirts in the correct sizes for 2 days and no communication to this effect. We were told to be at the event by 4H30 to catch a final bus. It is now 6 am and we are still waiting. There is no communication as to what is happenning. This is entirely unacceptable organisation.
