Not acting fairly

Hi, 2 weeks ago Igsaan Hugo was suspended from the gym for 3 month due to using foul language towards a fellow member after this member kicked his bag. Igsaan admitted to what his reaction was yet the fellow member was not willing to own up to his behaviour and due to the fact that the gym's camera's failed to cover that part of the gym. Kathryn said they can not prove that an offence was committed by the other guy. Thus Igsaan is suspended on rule 30 for being rude and honest about it. Had he as the fellow member did he would have been clear of any charge. The fellow member should have been suspended under gym rule 31 Which clearly states that members cannot act in a menacing manner to a fellow member. When I questioned Kathryn regarding the rules she said due to the camera's not working Igsaan can not prove his bag was kicked, yet because he was honest proves that he used direspectful lanuage thus he got suspended. What doesn't make sense is why would Igsaan about the guy kicking his bag yet tell the truth about the language used. I feel Virgin active has failed us as honesty is clearly not good practise.
