Poor Club Maintenance

Good Day,

My name is Riaan Hackenburg, I regularly visit the Vodacom World Virgin Active Health Club and I'd Like to complain about the following:

Steam Room:
For years this room has been too hot, you come out of the steam room completely cooked, surely there must be a standard that Virgin Active uses because clubs like Roodepoort and Little falls dont have this issue. This is a health risk and needs to be attended urgently.

Shower Water Temperature:
I understand that cost saving and environmental awareness is an on going concern for most but I find it unacceptable that I am forced to take cold showers because Virgin active is turning down the water temperature to save costs.

Lockers:
I often find that the locker room locker doors fall off upon opening them, this is a safety risk that can easily be avoided by an on the ball maintenance person. The lockers are also quite inconsistent considering that some have rails and others have hooks, the hooks are mounted too low I might add.

This is supposed to be a flag ship club but I find that the condition of it is most unacceptable and this can be fixed by simple maintenance, it's the little things that matter
