I have now been waiting for over a month

I laid a hello peter complaint against momentum about a month ago and they said they would help me and nothing has been done. I am a 19 year old female with severe endometriosis and they refuse to help me. When I found out I needed an operation immediatly after I had been to the doctor momentum canceled my contract. They still have not returned the 3 months that I had paid for. In the interviews about my contract I did mention I was on the pill for irregular cycles but there was a technical difficulty and the recordings had to be done 3 times where the momentum service provider did not mention that I had to repeat that I was on the pill for irregular cycles in the new intervies. As a 19 year old how am I meant to know to repeat that if I was not told when I asked is it important to reapet, the lady said no. At this time I had no idea I had endometriosis. The terms that they canceled my contract was because I did not specify I had irregular cycles which I did in the first interview but was not told to repeat it and it was not even part of the questions in the application.
