Want to Change my contract to Medical aid One

Good day,

I am writing this complain due to the fact that I want to change my current contract over to the Discovery contract with Planet Fitness. I have tried to do this last month on the 24th July 2013 but was told that it was too late for that month and that I must pay the Discovery fee of R845 already and then only at the end of the next month 31 -1st September will i then start. I also have to pay a tag fee but already have a tag which to me is another money making scheme. I asked Cleva why I must pay now and only in a month and 5 days they can swop the account to the Discovery medical aid one he told me the system is new and could cause delays (this is complete rubbish, if your system is new and untested please do not use it on us as this could create a lot of problems.)
I felt that this is ridiculous and would not pay in advance R1690 (for me and my fiance) as well as the R700 (monthly fee). I would like to swop over on the 1st September 2013 and think 10 days to do so is more than enough time. Please stop the current debit order and I will go into Moreleta to sign the new contract. Please also give me a contact detail of someone in you office to liaise with.
