Hi,
Its been 3 - 4 months now. Im trying to cancel my contract with you. and requested a refund because off if been cancelling my contract since April 2013. Every month a debit order goes off and how can you debit an account if the client has cancelled her contract.
I have contacted Lizette van Loggerenberg and she said she will keep me updated it is 2 weeks down the line again and still no feed back.
I sick off all this.
Can some one either call me and let me know what is going on or give me head office number (which i also request a few times) to phone them and sort it out my self.
If you cant assist your clients then you should not have been in this business at all.
