Will this nightmare never end?

I had bought a contract (their most expensive option) after having been told untruths about what would be offered at their new Rosebank gym. Several complaints and requests to cancel the contract on medical grounds in view of their misrepresentations, and get at least a partial refund were ignored. They then started billing me annual fees - without telling me - and handed me over. I reported this on Hello Peter and although I never got any refunds, I did pay their extortionate fees on condition that they never ever bothered me again. I have just returned from an overseas trip to receive an sms to say that Planet Fitness have handed me over! What for!!! Do I have to go and hire an attorney and get a restraining order? I will do so and will publicise this to the best of my ability, if I can't get rid of this avaricious, disgusting company. They have made thousands out of me for no return to me and are still trying to squeeze more money out of me despite having promised that I will never hear from them again.
How I wish that I had never ever heard of them. Please, Peter, can you help me get rid of them forever?
