Refuse to Pay for Poor Service

It's not my problem if you can't find the payment in your system - I made the payment and that's that. Ask one of your former employees - Deon at Plattekloof - to locate the slip as he processed it. Are you seriously wanting to charge me for a year's membership fees when you didn't even allow me into the gym due to the pending transfer? I tried to resolve the issue for months on end, made multiple trips to the gym to seek help from management.

I refuse to pay any termination fees, if you had an ounce of decency you'll terminate my contract without trying to milk the money out of me for a service you never rendered.
