I would like to express my extreme happiness with the service i received from Jay Mofokeng from Maponya Virgin Active and Therezane Heynes from the Virgin Active call centre for going the extra mile in sorting out my migration issue. The last post (a complaint) on HelloPeter did not help in sorting out the matter- instead i was informed that they will get back to me and that did not happen.
