Robbed within the clu

Went to gym around midday placed my bag containing my cellphone, wallet, watch, keys and sunglasses in a provided locker and then locked it with a combination lock. When I finished my workout around 14:30 my locker was empty and the lock missing.
The club staff informed me that this isn't unusual and has happened before, they then told me to look for my bag. They also told me that they they could not question anyone suspicious caught on video because they would most probably be a member. No assistance was given to me, and the incidence report I filled in was for an injury within the club.
I resent that I pay membership for a club, within which my personal belongings are not safe. I have suffered a large loss not to mention the inconvenience of having to replace the lost goods.
