Incompetence!!!

On Thursday (25 July) I took out a student contract to which I asked Jerome several times if there were specific times I was allowed access to the facility and every time he assured me there wasn't. I then decided to agree to the membership. On Friday I arrive at the gym at 5AM and my card does not allow me in as the student package Jerome put me on was on off peak terms. They allow me in as I explained my story and asked a consultant to follow up. Later that day I get a call from Chris who assured me he will change the type of membership immediately to which I was impressed and very pleased that there was someone who could resolve my issue timelessly. Monday morning I arrive at the gym again at 5AM and to my amazement the membership was still not changed and left me being embarrassed yet again! I called Chris numerously on Monday to no response or call back, so I made a special detour that afternoon to go to him and resolve the issue where yet again he could not help me or even show his face due to 'being busy all day'. I should not be running after a mistake that was not made by me in the first place. Such incompetence has left a bitter taste in my mouth!
