Very Bad service

I joined the Planet fitness at hennops branch and decided to move to the one at the gate shopping centre and payd the fee to transfer and Hennops branch said they will take care of everything and 3 months later no attemp has been done to tranfer my account everytime i go to the gym i have to wait for the people to open all they say is the problrm is at their other branch. Im tired of always complaining and seeing no result no one takes the time to sort this out after I was assured it will be taken care of. Please start being professional and help your clients
