Absolutely disgusted

This is now my 2nd complaint and still no ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN!!

At the Hennops Branch, I have seen a colored lady smoking in her uniform multiple times at Spar and in the gym passage as well as a short white young male too. Need i remind anyone that it is illegal to smoke in a public place specially when it is a HEALTH Club?
This is NOT what i had in mind for a HEALTH Club.
