Ongoing complaint still no answe

I have been posting multiple complaint to get Planet Fitness to respond and rectify there "for want of a better word" internal admin errors. This seems to be the only way i get some form of a response... Unfortunately i can say with a 90% certainty that it must be a automated response as it keeps saying that there head office is dealing with the matter and will get back to me. This is however not the case, it seems to be a response to save face on public websites and has absolutely no follow through at all.
Today marks exactly one year of one direction emails to multiple departments at Planet Fitness who could not give a
