You can imagine how it feels when you swipe your card in at the counter and you are stopped and told that you have not paid your account from March, that the debit order for some reason didn't go through. Especially when I have not being called once by Virgin active staff to inform me of this, every month after that payment is made successfully. I am not sure why as all my other debit orders were fine that month. At any rate in my eyes this is embarrassing for Virgin Active as well.

I dont blame the staff who stopped me as she was doing her job, but somewhere along the line someone at accounts was not doing their job. Luckily there was not a long que waiting behind me but you can imagine standing there like an being told for the first time debit order for March failed.

Please train your head office staff so that this little situation doesnt happen again.
