Cleaner my watch, caught him wearing it

One of your cleaners was wearing my watch my dad bought me for my 21st (R1500 Fossil). I left in in the shower 3 weeks prior and went to look for it the next day at reception (they said no1 picked it up). This Thursday I see the cleaner in the changing rooms wearing it. I told him to give it back if he wants to walk alive out there. You guys should screen your employees better before employing them. I wonder how many wedding rings, cellphones and watches he had already.
