I have been trying since begining January to update my banking details with platnet fitness rivonia
While one would think that in this economy when a paying customer wants to continue paying any company which has a clue what it is doing would rush to make things easy, one is surprised to see planetfitness Rivonia doesn't care.
I spoke 5 times to Colen at the desk, I explained that i would rather email my new banking details (that I dont know by heart) to avoid mistakes being made (which I did: I email the admin department and the general manager to request my change of banking details).
My email has been ignored despite my constant follow up with Colen who is not interested by my story and wants me to write the details down on his silly form (talk of a lack of flexibility and customer relation training)
This morning when I pointed out that it was the 5th time I was asking about it and that I would not take any further step to avoid the debit order bouncing, dear Colen told me that oh well I would be the one locked out anyway so no problem on his side. I actually feel like cancelling the contract! one would think Im trying to borriw money while I just want to pay ..
