Rude / Controlling

I have been a member of VA for a couple years now. Love it there, the staff etc are divine!!! However I continuously have one let down every time! Debbie Majoor... I have always wondered who she was as she used to often be there, acting as though she played a major part, often being rude to people and i have heard her shout at Kauai staff before. She often attends the same spinning classes as me (which I take very seriously)... and as petty as it sounds, she will always hop right off her bike and turn ALL the fans on... 80% of people have an issue with this and we have asked her not to... Someone will often get up and turn them back off which disrupts their session. The other day a lady asked the guy that came to fill up water to please turn the fan above them off, she then screamed at him and said "You better not turn my fan off"..
Her attitude is disgusting especially with her wearing a VA PT jacket. Time and time again I hear comments being made about how revolting her behaviour is and I think it is time someone has a chat with her. Why cant she be as lovely as the rest of the trainers and staff there? If it werent for the fantastic instructors I would have changed gyms by now
