I have a gym contract with action plus chatsworth, my payment method for this contract is cash.
i pay the gym in cash 10 days in advance as the debit orders only run on the 01st of every month.
i prefer to pay my account in advance.
action plus has been debiting my account with no authority.
my account was debited from April, May, June and July 2013
i have taken the matter to the manager michael hlope, kitty and chanel and i got no feedback as to when my money will be refunded to me.

urgent assistance is required.
