Rude Staff!

I found out the BP on Trichardts Road Boksburg has a Seattle Coffee so I drove there with the purpose of having a lovely cup of coffee.
I walk up to the counter to have the man turn his back to me very rudely. Turn around give me a look and carry on talking in his language. With his back turned to me. I continued to wait. When I said excuse me and tried to order he ignored me completely and kept his back turned. When I said loudly 'LEAVE IT' he turned around and rudely said 'what you want' . It was completely rude and uncalled for. I am/was a paying client.
Now if this is how you want your staff to behave please advise so that I may inform everyone I know.
That service was the WORST I have ever had from Seattle Coffee! I love my coffee from there but would rather take my money elsewhere.
