Useless back and forth with no resolution

I am now getting the impression that Planet Fitness is more concerned with saving face on Hello Peter than actually resolving my matter. The vague responses posted here have not actually resolved anything. My questions to you Planet Fitness are:
1) The Consumer Protection Act says "in relation to the marketing of any goods or services, the supplier must not, by words or conduct directly or indirectly express or imply a false, misleading or deceptive representation concerning a material fact to a consumer" and any clause as a result of such misrepresentation is unfair and I am not bound to it. Therefore any money taken pursuant to the clause is not due to planet fitness. What is your response to this with regard to my matter?
2) it seems the options here are either that my contract is cancelled outright or the specific term has to be altered to reflect what the consultant actually sold to me. What is your response to this?
