LIFETIME CONTRACT?

Begin May2013 I cancelled my contract due to having problems with Planet fitness, after we sorted all out. We were billed@ end May R99, again end June R99. I contacted Lee Anne Govender @ planet fitness bedfordview on 4June, she said she will follow up, came back 14June & said Nkosana said I must phone head office as this is a lifetime contract & cant cancel it. Where do you get this? All dues were paid in full before contract was cancelled so you have to cancel this aswell. We wanted to put a stop order on this but our bank informed us that if they change 1 digit on ref/amount it will still go through- they know this as I have checked my statements & every month 1/2 digits is different. I want my money back? This is ridiculous to pay for something you dont have. I have contacted the headoffice numerous of times they say leave a message they will come back to you, but they never do. Contacted them today again to no avail even tried Nkosana's Boss to no avail either. I want this rectified and refunded ASAP.
