Illegal debit orders and failure to adhere to NCA

I deactivated my gym contract in Jan 2013 after I moved out of Johannesburg. I gave written notice. The gym continued to deduct money from my bank account. I cancelled the debit order with my bank. The gym then accessed my account again by changing reference number and increasing the debit amount. I spoke to the lady at accounts Melissa who informed me that the gym have an amendment to the NCA but I can't have a copy. The manager Keith told me to get somebody to take over my contract. I provider the gym with a copy of the NCA which they ignore. The gym is sending me daily messages that I owe them money. According to the gym I cannot cancel my contract regardless of what the NCA say. As far as I'm concerned if they are changing reference numbers and amounts to be able to deduct money out of my account, they are committing and.
