PLANET FITNESS Not child friendly-unacceptable

Was there at 14:00 this afternoon with kids as it was school holidays and all.
There was NO Creche for the kids and also my kids were not allowed to do simple things like ride the exercise bike even under my supervision!! I had to turn around and go home. This is really really not acceptable. You can say what you want about Virgin Active but atleast they cater for kids and make an effort in school holidays.
The manager at Planet Fitness told me its been like this for 3 years.
I told her "I think its time for CHANGE?? "
If these guys wonder why their gym is empty maybe they must get their heads out of the clouds and start accommodating others NOT ONLY STUDENTS AND OLD PEOPLE!
SO NOT IMPRESSED WITH THEIR NOT CHILD FRIENDLY ATTITUDE!!!
