Guys Im really not impressed with Planet Fitness. After my previous two complaints I am still being charged for the black tag and no word from you on a refund for what had been debited in error. What's the point of responding on Hellopeter if you do nothing about it. Its getting very close to that time where I go knocking on Virgin's door which would be a great pity after enjoying Planet Fitness for so many years. How about someone actually phoning me and telling me what is going on instead of meaningless promises on HelloPeter?
