No Value for money - a BIG

I've ordered the Slimbetti tablets on 24st July 2013 and Gayle told me how wonderfull the product is and that you don't have to change your diet very much because of all this wonderfull ingredients in the products. I received the package a few days later and immediately started with it as indicated on the boxes. After 3 weeks I realised that I did not loose a single kg - in fact, I've gained 2 kg's! Then I've contacted Gayle and she promised to get her supervisor to call me. The first instalment of R979.99 went off my bank account on 27/08/2013. Then I've tried to contact Gayle again on 28/08/ 2013, and when I could not get hold of her, send an email to [Email Removed] on 6 Sept 13 to cancel the products. On 28/09/2013 Slimbetti again deducted R799.99 from my bank account, despite the fact that I had not receive any more products after the first package. On 30 Sept 13 I tried to get hold of Gayle again, left messages for her to return my calls, but still waiting. Then I've sent them a message on facebook and Stella informed me that she handed it over to their accounts dept and ever since 3009/2013 they ignore all my emails, inbox messages and posting. PLEASE HELP!!!
