Shocking service!!!

My children and their friends are being helped by a family friend to swim for half an hour on a Friday afternoon. They have now been prohibited from swimming as allegedly they are not allowed to be 'coached' by any other person other than existing coach. Problem is existing coach took a year to tell my child she was couldn't swim, didn't arrive for lessons or did dry land training. Needless to say she swam worse after a year!!

The saddest part is no one can reason with me! No body calls back as promised - in fact they laugh and think its funny!! Why do we pay R900 per month if we can't even swim??? Useless!!!
