Be careful when trying to cancel lessons with this company. They will charge you an extra term if you do not give them a full three months notice. They do not care if they do not provide you with a service. My child stopped lessons 4 months prior and they still tried to squeeze an extra terms payment out of me. They use a debt collector service Phakamani services who charge exhorbitant fees for the collection (a lucrative for both parties concerned). Not all payments were reflected and they charged interest on the capital amount and any payments made directly to the Swim School attracts a further debt collection fee.
