Ruining the suprise

With the new sunningdale gym going up they offer some great services for new moms so as a surprise I signed up my wife, I organised with Bradley Chetty to do all the docs, paid the signup fee, organised the additional info for my daughters membership. I took the docs and card home to my wife and surprised her, she was ecstatic. I believed all was good and well.

My daughter was ill so we were busy, my wife then started complaining about a trainer Carl from the gym constantly calling her to take up some free training sessions, even though she had told him she had a sick child and would get back to him (over 20 calls in 4 days on her phone)

A couple of day later she got a intimidating call from Grant saying it was a serious problem she had not been for the induction.

After this I got involved as the uprise has now turned sour I spoke with Bradley and the sales manager asking them to help me out as my wife feels to intimidated to attend the gym and has cancelled all the training session with friends. I then requested that someone senior from the gym my wife and apologise, so she could feel comfortable with the gym.

after that we heard nothing. I suppose contract signed = gym :)
