Money hasn't been refunded

FtOn the 13th of April (Saturday) I joined Planet Fitness, Mzi is the name of consultant that was helping me with registration. All was paid for, registration was R400. After a couple of days, I realized that I may not be able to whithold my side of the R275 per mnth agreement. I then went back on the Thursday (15 April 13) to cancel my cancel my contract as it was still within the "cool off" period. As I thought it was cancelled and just waiting for my R400 refund, on the 1st May, they debited R275 from my account. I sent Mzi a message about the money being debitted from my account. He said he'd enquire about it with admin. He then at a later stage gave me the office number and should ask for Jeandre who is supposedly handling myquery. I called him on 7 May asking him about my query, he said he'd give me feedback on the Friday (10 May) because my documents were at their head office and he didn't. I'm fed up with the way they're handling my stuff, and my tired of sending messages to Mzi back and forth because he too never can give me a solid answer.
