DONT TELL ME WHEN TO COME TO THE GYM!!!

I pay vitality of R200 every month, but i dont want to be told how many times i must attend the gym, this is ridiculous!!! I also pay gym fees and vitality, this is such a rip off!!! why are you telling me when to come to the gym, i am paying the gym now R500.00 because i never come 6 times last month, FOR YOUR INFO MY HUSBAND WAS SICK FROM THE 4.4.2013 AND WAS HOSPITALISED, NOW YOU REMOVED MY 80% TO 50% DISCOUNT, WHAT IS THIS!!! THE FACT THAT I PAY YOU EVERYMONTH IS NOT YOUR BUSINESS HOW MANY TIMES I COME TO THE GYM, and what about my last query about no vitality for 1 month and then it was re-instated again and you guys charged me the full amount and was supposed to credit me, nothing was done!!! stop cheating your customers!!! THIS DEAL IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
