Poor conditions

I have been a memeber for 16 long years going onto my 17th this year. As a paying memeber I/we helped build the facility from the ground up or so I hoped. My question is where and what is the members money going to? What is it been used for? No funds go back into a very tired looing gym that is in desperate need of attention.

The bathroom facilities are no other than disgusting. Equipment gets damaged but months go by before any repairs happen. Paying memebers step in and fix the equipmenmt just so they can make use of them. The aircon system breaks and stays out of order for weeks. Why would you ask I stick around in a revolting facility like this one, simple the staff. But this has changed of late. Gyms should look after their customers like any other business. WE keep the doors open!!!

I am in the process searching for another gym to join and I would recommend anyone wanting to join this gym NOT to do so. Save yourself the unpleasant experience and rude staff. Rather pay a tad more and join a state of the art facitilty like Virgin Active or Planet Fitness, but please take this from a more than a decade memeber stay FAR away from GYM PHYSIQUE. I know I will and many more too.
