Request for statement

I called the Hennops branch this morning to get my statement so that i can pay the outstanding amount on my account. I still have not received anything. I don't remember who I spoke to but I gave her my details and she said she would send it. Can someone please send it to me, preferably to [Email Removed] I would like to pay the outstanding amount. I spoke to the lady that answered the phone if that helps?
